making a career with PC support is a completely different endeavor. Requires a
combination of distinctive personality traits:

ahead of new technologies. They must be aware of what is to come and how they
can integrate the old with the new. This applies to both hardware and software.
Creative thinking - Computer problems and issues are
different. While many repair and replacement technicians are routine, there are
times when a problem approaches a creative solution.
PC support and communication skills often require direct
