to explain problems and solutions to clients in a comprehensible way. If they
ask questions they should wait patiently for their answer. They should also
help the user understand when upgrading or upgrading is required.

Problem Solving Skills. Computer technicians should be able to spot problems
and look for ways to implement possible solutions. Their problem-solving skills
greatly help them overcome issues, work out solutions and laugh at their pay.

Software and hardware experience. Computer technicians should have a complete
knowledge and understanding of how a computer works. In software terms, they
need skill to use anti-virus software and tools to remove viruses, spyware and
malware. Skills required to distinguish between good and bad files and
knowledge of the types of software programs similar to certain types of
hardware. They need to know about RAM and hardware space requirements, as well
as how to install and update the programs.
