what is palo alto network ace?

The main purpose of ACE certification is to serve as a benchmark for your ability to configure Palo Alto Networks firewalls using the PAN-OS. To pass the ACE exam, you need institutional expertise and expertise in the PAN-OS configuration. Passing the ACE test shows that you have the basic knowledge to configure Palo Alto Networks firewalls using PAN-OS. The test will also serve as an audit tool to prepare for PCNSE7 certification. (Some participants may use the ACE certification to test their knowledge and progress through their partner program.)

The Certified Installation Engineer (ACE) test tests your knowledge of the main features and functions of next-generation Palo Alto Networks firewalls. The ACE exam is web-based and consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. There is no time in the test, and you can take it back as often as needed to earn a pass score.

Reminders
ACE credit has no consolidation requirements. Once you earn a version of the ACE credit, it will stick with you for life. ACE credit varies according to each major version of the software running the Palo Alto Networks platform.
