test and resolve problems related to the installation of a single product,
single system or family of products. The implementation specialist installs
hardware and software, configures the solution, conducts initial administration
and acceptance tests to diagnose and correct installation problems.
ACIS certificates use proctored tests, are valid for 2 years
and are open to the public.
