In this role, you will develop an in-depth understanding of relevant transmission technologies and participate in the response to problems quickly and professionally. You may be responsible for recording damage to returned equipment, ordering new stock, and occasionally going to customer sites to collect equipment. Maintaining accurate records and maintenance records is essential in this location.
